Halo Heart 4 months

Jasirah is 6 months old, she is very active and loves to laugh. 

Khloee (koko) is 8 months old and had the biggest personality and a smile that will light up a whole room. Khloee was born at 33 weeks but was the strongest little girl and over came every challenge she faced
