- The Great American Baby Contest Search for America’s Most Beautiful Babies Photo Contest is a free Online Photo Contest without any registration fee required to enter, produced by the Baby Miss America Pageant, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring children’s self-confidence, self-esteem and self-respect while learning team building social skills, instilling the highest ideals of character and conduct, while developing a positive attitude to reach their fullest potential through pageant participation
- The Baby Miss America Pageant is a member of the Business Consumer Alliance with a AAA Rating.
- NO ENTRY FEE. There is no entry fee required to register for the Search for America’s Most Beautiful Babies Photo Contest, simply complete the sign-up form to create your account. You can upload 1 photo of your child. Then click on the social media buttons to share with your family & friends. Registration is FREE with no obligation.
- The Baby Miss America Pageant is 100% NATURAL, NO MAKE-UP is allowed. Contestant’s photos must not include make-up. NO MAKE-UP, NO FAKE HAIR PIECES, NO SPRAY-TANS, NO GO-GO JUICE, NO FALSE TEETH or FLIPPERS. All photos submitted should reflect the Baby Miss America Great American Baby Contest’s conservative values. Photos that have make-up or have been altered in any way will not be accepted
- There will be1 GRAND PRIZE WINNER and 3 Winners in each category and that will be determined by the Total number of Votes on the last day of each contest, who will be eligible to participate in the Baby Miss America National Pageant, Baby Miss American Cover Girl National Pageant or Baby Miss World International Pageant, determined by the individual contest. Contestants must have at least 1000 Crowns to qualify for any prize. Individual Category Winners will receive Pageant CASH be used towards designated Pageant Fees in the 2023-2024 Pageant Season.
- 1st Place Overall GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive up to $2500 Baby Miss America Pageant CASH to be applied towards designated Pageant Fees. Baby Miss America Pageant Cash is restricted to use only for designated pageant fees. Baby Miss America Pageant Cash must be used within the calendar year, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- How to Vote: Crowns = Votes can be purchased through Stripe, the online secure payment company. If a voter files a dispute with Stripe, the contestant will be immediately disqualified and removed from the site with no compensation for the amount invested, regardless of reason. The Baby Miss America Pageant has a NO REFUND POLICY. By submitting your profile and your child’s photos, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with the NO REFUND POLICY.
- In the event of any violation of the rules, including participating in negative social media, the contestant will be immediately disqualified we reserve the right to block your account and your photos without further delay.
- I hereby grant Baby Miss America Pageant, Baby Miss American Cover Girl Pageant, Baby Miss World Pageant LLC and Sammie Savoie and legal representatives and assigned, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of my child, for advertising without restriction and to copyright the same. I hereby release the Baby Miss America Pageant and Sammie Savoie from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I grant permission to use the above-named child’s picture without restrictions for the Baby Miss America Pageant in print, projection, internet website, video or any future media market. I expressly release the Baby Miss America Pageant, Baby Miss American Cover Girl Pageant, Baby Miss World International Pageant and Sammie Savoie, from any claims arising from such use or distribution. I consent to the use of my child’s name and picture for promotional publicity or organizationalpurposes
- Please read these privacy policy, rules, regulations and arbitration terms very carefully. By submitting your child’s profile, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all rules, regulations, privacy policy, no refund policy and terms of arbitration. This policy is subject to change. Please check for policy changes. Your continued use of the website is deemed to be acceptance of the policy changes

BCA Arbitration
You and we agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement, except a dispute alleging criminal violations, to arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Binding Arbitration ofthe Business Consumer Alliance (published online at checkbca.org) in effect at the time of initiation of arbitration. A volunteer arbitrator will render a decision based upon fairness, not necessarily upon legal principles, but it will be final and binding on both of us.
Judgment on the decision may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You will not have to pay anything for the arbitration.
This Agreement to Arbitrate affectsimportant legal rights. Neither of us will be able to go to court for disputes once we agree in advance to arbitrate. And neither of us will be committed by the terms of this agreement to arbitrate unless this clause is initialed or unless your signature on this contract as a whole immediately follows this clause.
